Michael Federmann - Chairman
Mr. Federmann serves as Chairman and CEO of Federmann Enterprises Ltd and has held managerial positions in the Federmann Group since 1969. Currently Mr Federmann also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Elbit Systems LTD and Dan Hotels Corp. Ltd. as well as Chairman or a member of the boards of other companies in the Federmann group. Mr. Federmann is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a member of the Board of Governors and the Executive Committee of the Weizmann Institute of Science. Mr. Federmann holds a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the Hebrew University.

 
Aharon Beth-Halachmi - Managing Partner
Mr. Beth-Halachmi served as the head of the Israeli Airforce Research and Development and subsequently as the Chief of Defense, Research and Development (Brigadier General). He was also a member of the Israel Defense Forces General Staff. In his civilian career, Mr. Beth-Halachmi held the following posts: director-general of the Ministry of Defense, president of TAHAL engineering and president of Federmann Enterprises - Industries and Technology. Mr. Beth-Halachmi holds a bachelor of science degree in electronic engineering from the Technion and a master of science degree in computer science from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
 
Gideon Federmann
Mr. Federmann joined Eurofund in 2002 after completing his Bachelor of Science in Communications Technologies, Summa cum laude, from New York University. He is a board member of Freiberger Compound Materials GmbH, one of the world's leading manufacturers of compound semiconductor substrates for the microelectronics and optoelectronics industries. Additionally, he attends board meetings of BeInSync, CyOptics, and MobileAccess Networks.
 
Tomer Tzach
Mr. Tzach joined Eurofund in 2004 as an associate after working as a Software Technical Leader for Intel's Communication Group, specializing in Wireless LAN. Prior to that, Mr. Tzach spent 7 years in the Israeli Air Force serving as a pilot, primarily in an electro-optical surveillance squadron. In his latest military role, he headed the mission division of his squadron. Mr. Tzach holds a B.A in computer science from the Technion - Israel's Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Haifa. He is currently a board member of Tevet Process Control Technologies, and is heading an online jewelry venture.
 
Tzvika Kerner - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kerner serves as CFO of Eurofund as well as holding the post of comptroller of the Federmann Group, a function he has held since 1993. Mr. Kerner has been a certified public accountant since 1991 and brings to Eurofund a deep understanding of financial and tax issues. Prior to joining the Federmann Group, he held financial and accounting positions in Tadiran Communication, a leading Israeli telecommunications equipment company. Mr. Kerner holds a master's degree in business management and a bachelor's degree in economics and accountancy, all from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.
